      Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n

      • Front Office Management:<\/strong> Greet visitors, students, and parents, providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate staff.<\/li>\n
      • Communication:<\/strong> Answer phone calls and emails, relaying messages and information to teachers and administrators.<\/li>\n
      • Record Keeping:<\/strong> Maintain student records, attendance, and health information; ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.<\/li>\n
      • Scheduling:<\/strong> Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating with staff and external parties as needed.<\/li>\n
      • Administrative Support:<\/strong> Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.<\/li>\n
      • Student Assistance:<\/strong> Provide support to students regarding inquiries, schedules, and general school information.<\/li>\n
