    Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n

    • Recruitment Support:<\/strong> Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.<\/li>\n
    • Onboarding:<\/strong> Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.<\/li>\n
    • Employee Records:<\/strong> Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.<\/li>\n
    • Training and Development:<\/strong> Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs; track employee participation and progress.<\/li>\n
    • Policy Implementation:<\/strong> Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.<\/li>\n
    • Employee Relations:<\/strong> Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.<\/li>\n
    • Benefits Administration:<\/strong> Help manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.<\/li>\n
    • Reporting:<\/strong> Prepare HR reports and metrics for management to assist in decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Tasks<\/h4>\n

      • Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs<\/li>\n
      • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements<\/li>\n
      • Mediate labour disputes and grievances<\/li>\n
      • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales<\/li>\n
      • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs<\/li>\n
      • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs<\/li>\n
      • Manage training and development strategies<\/li>\n
      • Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes<\/li>\n
      • Hire, train and supervise staff<\/li>\n
      • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Qualifications:<\/h4>\n

        • Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.<\/li>\n
        • Previous experience in an HR role or internship is a plus.<\/li>\n
        • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and basic labor laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
