Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Household Support: Help with light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
- Medication Assistance: Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients’ adherence to medication schedules.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive environment.
- Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility, including transfers and using mobility aids.
- Transportation: Assist with transportation to appointments, shopping, and social activities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Collaboration: Work with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
