Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Supervise and train security personnel, ensuring they adhere to protocols and deliver high-quality service.
- Monitoring and Surveillance: Oversee surveillance systems and ensure security personnel conduct regular patrols of the premises.
- Incident Response: Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies; investigate and document incidents, and report findings to management.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations; conduct regular audits of security practices.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for security staff, management, and law enforcement agencies; communicate effectively to address issues.
- Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on security activities, incidents, and trends; present findings to management and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in security management or law enforcement are preferred.

- Knowledge of security systems and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations.
