Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Strategy Development: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
  • System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems; ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Data Security: Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, including procurement of technology resources and cost control.
  • Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications; coordinate with other departments as necessary.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage service agreements.
  • User Support: Ensure effective support and training for end users, addressing technical issues and improving overall user experience.

Qualifications:
