 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate plastering activities on-site, ensuring high-quality finishes.
  • Manage and train a team of plasterers, providing guidance and support.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to plan work accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on-site.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to project managers and clients.
  • Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a plastering supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and manage multiple tasks.
