Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
  • Assist in menu planning and inventory management, including ordering supplies.
  • Monitor financial performance, including labor costs and food waste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.

Tasks

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Establish work schedules
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised

Qualifications:
