About the Job:
COLD IRON TRUCK CENTER INC. is looking for a motivated Loans Adviser to join our Milton, ON team. If you’re skilled in assessing financial applications and providing solutions that meet client needs, this role is a great opportunity to grow your career in finance.
Location: Milton, ON
Salary: $37.00 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Morning

Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Evaluation: Approve or reject loan applications, or recommend them for approval.
- Client Support: Assist clients by proposing solutions for business expansion, debt management, and other financial goals.
- Documentation: Complete credit and loan documentation, including preparing statements on delinquent accounts.
- Interviewing Applicants: Conduct interviews with loan applicants and review their financial status, credit, and repayment ability.
- Account Management: Open new personal and non-personal accounts and provide access to banking services.
- Promotion of Services: Promote the sale of credit and loan services.
- File Management: Review and update credit and loan files and forward irreconcilable accounts for collection.
Work Environment:
- Setting: On-site work required; no remote work option available.
- Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license required.
Qualifications:
- Education: College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
- Loan Experience: Experience in automobile loans preferred.
- Language: Proficiency in English required.
